Restoration was started 21 Oct. 2024:
Problem: Motor Seized:
Identified: - Stub shaft locking nuts had all bcome loose.
No.1 diesel pump & No. 1 injector were not working.

Progress:
Reassembled new filter
Ready for final cleaning and reassembling
Impulse starter leaves a lot to be desired

Problem: Motor Seized:
Identified: - Piston was COMPLETLY siezed.
Heat was the only way it could be moved, then finally removed.

Progress:
Dismantled - parts soaking preparations for final cleaning and reassembling
